  I love this concept! And Ovation is doing some things right. I enjoy the comfy seats and the atmosphere as well as the movie tickets are reasonable. However, the food leaves a lot to be desired. The cheese curds tasted like funnel cakes. The burger I had was tasty, but I'm not sure it was 13 dollars worth of tasty. Finally, the service was good, but slow. Which it was obvious that they were understaffed and quite busy, so that isn't really something I'm unhappy with.
  Like I said, the concept is good great, however I feel like the food quality isn't worth how much it cost.

  Look elsewhere until service improves.
  
  We have seen several movies here. It is close to us and the concept is great. The menu is pretty good and the bottomless bowl of popcorn option is great when you have five or six people and they let you share. When the service is prompt and they aren't under-staffed, this place gets a four star review. Having a bar is a great thing if you are into that sort of thing, but I cannot rate them on that as we typically go there for family movies. That's the good news.
  
  Our first couple of movies/meals were very good. The next few were middling, but still OK. The last five or six have been consistently awful.
  The reason for such a low score is the service has declined to the point where we no longer consider Ovation 10 an option. Our last few movies in a row we have experienced projection and sound malfunctions, service so slow, it defeated the purpose of not having to go to a counter, and a not very clean theater over all.
  
  I really hope someone there understands that they are losing business via word of mouth and they take actions to clean it up. If not, this place deserves the reputation it gets. I'd love to return but only after I hear of positive experiences.
