  My room was ready when we got there. Nice and clean, it didnt smell bad, room service had just cleaned it. Many people complained about their rooms being in bad condition but personally my room was great. The hallway did not smell bad. The first night we where there, they didnt have enough people at the front desk for all the guest and many had to wait other than that, everything was fine. The whirlpool was awsome!! The main pool is not heated and the water was pretty cold, not suitable for a 1 1/5 toddler but other than that, it was ok.

  They have a lot of rooms so there are plenty of options. We picked the lesser expensive one, but still! Our room was dark which was sad because it was a vacation! It was also the oddest smelling hotel room I have ever stayed in. TINY fridge, hard bed, icky comforter, crappy toiletries. NOT what I expected. Also the pillows are super stuffed which is amazingly uncomfortable. Me and the person I was with had trouble sleeping every night. It's not like it was cheap by any means!
  The pool and hot tub were ok.
  **Breakfest was pathetic.**
  And they had tip requests everywhere! Envelopes in the room (ya right) and bowls in the breakfast room (no again). The breakfast was one of lower end, although it comes across like it might be good. The room is pretty and spacious and there is enough food and the hours for it are good. The fruit mix was bad, there was no pastry (bread slices, bagels, donut holes), no bacon (eggs, something else), so basically just the waffle makers that are everywhere now. What exactly did they make? I don't know, no tip from me!
  NOT recommended.
